Livebooks designates a single point of contact for communications with users and with the authorities of European Union Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, in compliance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act).
For Member-State authorities, the Commission and the Board (Art. 11)
Member-State authorities, the Commission and the European Board for Digital Services may send orders or requests directly to the email address below. Communications must be addressed to the attention of the operator of Livebooks and identify the issuing authority, the legal basis of the request and the deadline for the response.
For users (Art. 12)
Users may contact the operator of Livebooks at the email address below for any matter relating to the operation of the service, including notices about content moderation decisions, account suspensions or restrictions, and general questions about our Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy. For specific procedures (intellectual-property notices, illegal-content reports, account export or deletion) please use the dedicated channels linked from the Footer.
